Spicy Shrimps

Ingredients :

For 4/5 people

  • 15 to 20 raw shrimps

  • A few sheets of filo pastry

  • 1/2 Tablespoons grated Parmesan

  • Espelette pepper powder

  • Ground black pepper

Recipe :

  • Preheat the oven to 170 °,

  • Shell the shrimp, leaving the tail ,

  • Mix the spices and the grated Parmesan,

  • Mix the shrimps with the parmesan mix and the spices,

  • Cut the filo pastry between 2 and 3cm wide,

  • Roll up the shrimps one by one in each strip of filo pastry,

  • Place the shrimp on a baking sheet with baking paper and in the oven for about ten minutes, until the pastry is golden,

  • Serve the shrimps with a small ramekin of Folk sauce!
