Ingredients :

For 10 Mini Burgers

  • About 500g of ground beef

  • 4 tablespoons of curry powder

  • 2 spoons of ground ginger

  • 2 tablespoons of dried garlic

  • A few branches of Chives

  • A few slices of Morbier

  • A few salad leaves

  • Folk Sauce!

Recipe :

  • Prepare the Pickles 48 hours before,

  • Wash the radishes and slice them thinly ,

  • In a saucepan add the vinegar, water, sugar and salt, bring to a boil until the sugar and salt dissolve,

  • Put the radish slices in the jar and pour the simmering liquid,

  • Reserve in the fridge for 48 hours,

  • For the mini burgers, mix the minced meat with the spices and chopped chives, make mini steaks (kefta type),

  • Cut cheese slices and mini burger buns,

  • In a pan, heat the keftas in a drizzle of oil,

  • Assemble the mini burgers  with salad, steaks, cheese and pickles,

  • Serve with the Folk sauce!
