Ingredients :
For 4/5 people
15 to 20 raw shrimps
A few sheets of filo pastry
1/2 Tablespoons grated Parmesan
Espelette pepper powder
Ground black pepper
Recipe :
Preheat the oven to 170 °,
Shell the shrimp, leaving the tail ,
Mix the spices and the grated Parmesan,
Mix the shrimps with the parmesan mix and the spices,
Cut the filo pastry between 2 and 3cm wide,
Roll up the shrimps one by one in each strip of filo pastry,
Place the shrimp on a baking sheet with baking paper and in the oven for about ten minutes, until the pastry is golden,
Serve the shrimps with a small ramekin of Folk sauce!
