Folk sauce
Following the enthusiasm of our customers, I decided to market it. For more than a year, our network of resellers (Organic Stores, Fine Groceries, Butchers, Fishmongers, Medium-sized surfaces, etc.) has amounted to around fifty points of sale in the greater South West of Toulouse to La Rochelle by way of by the Basque Country, Les Landes and Bordeaux.
Since its launch we have declined the organic Folk sauce in 4 flavors.
• The Classic,
• Smoked & Spicy with smoked pepper from Béarn and Viking salt,
• The Exxxtra Pepper with three peppers: Green, White, Black,
• Chimichurri with parsley, oregano, garlic, and pili pili pepper.
In 2021, La Folk Bio Classic sauce was voted the best new flavor in Nouvelle Aquitaine.
