For 10/12 Patties
500g of Potato
1/2 tablespoon of flour
4/5 Smoked trout slices
3/4 tablespoons of cream cheese
Herbs: Chives, Dill, Parsley
Peel the potatoes and rinse them,
Grate the potatoes over a tea towel then wring them out ,
In a large bowl, combine the potatoes, egg, flour, salt, pepper & a little dried herbs,
In a pan, heat a drizzle of neutral oil, with a tablespoon add the potatoes and flatten them, cook for a few minutes on each side so that the pancakes are golden,
Prepare the cream cheese with the herbs,
Spread the cream cheese on the pancakes then a small slice of smoked trout,
Serve the pancakes with a few tips of Folk sauce!
You can add trout eggs and herbs as well as a squeeze of lime.
