12 oysters n ° 1 or 2
4/5 thin slices of bacon
Red onion pickles
In a frying pan, grill the thin slices of bacon then set aside on a paper towel,
Open the oysters, remove the excess water, detach the oyster from its shell, lightly wipe the oyster with a paper towel, fry it a few seconds over high heat in the same pan as the bacon,
Cut the bacon into small strips
Arrange the oyster, bacon, pickles, lime zest & a few tips of Folk sauce !
