Snacked Oysters

Ingredients :

  • 12 oysters n ° 1 or 2

  • 4/5 thin slices of bacon

  • Red onion pickles

  • Lime

  • Folk Sauce

Recipe :

  • In a frying pan, grill the thin slices of bacon then set aside on a paper towel,

  • Open the oysters, remove the excess water, detach the oyster from its shell, lightly wipe the oyster with a paper towel, fry it  a few seconds over high heat in the same pan as the bacon,

  • Cut the bacon into small strips

  • Arrange the oyster, bacon, pickles, lime zest & a few tips of Folk sauce !
